Record a fee payment

Enter payment details and keep invoice status accurate for collections.

Find the invoice

Open the collection screen and locate the student invoice before recording payment.

  1. Open Finance > Collection.
  2. Filter by class, section, or student.
  3. Open the invoice or pending amount for the student.
  4. Check invoice amount, paid amount, and pending amount.

Record payment

Enter only verified payment details.

  1. Choose Record Payment.
  2. Enter payment amount.
  3. Choose payment method, such as cash, online, cheque, or other approved method.
  4. Add reference or notes if your school requires it.
  5. Save payment.
  6. Confirm the invoice status changed to paid, partial, or pending as expected.
