When to contact support

Contact support when your school cannot complete an important workflow, when data appears incorrect after checking filters, or when you need help with setup, training, or access.

Details to include

Good support requests are specific.

  1. Mention the module, such as Students, Attendance, Finance, Exams, Staff, or Notices.
  2. Mention the user role and account affected.
  3. Include academic year, class, section, date, student admission number, or invoice number where relevant.
  4. Explain what you expected to happen.
  5. Explain what actually happened.
  6. Add a screenshot if your school process allows it.

What not to share

Do not share passwords, OTPs, private tokens, or unnecessary sensitive student data in support messages.
