Raise a ticket

Use support tickets when a problem needs tracking.

  1. Open Communication > Support.
  2. Create a ticket.
  3. Enter a clear subject.
  4. Describe the issue, including module name, class, section, date, or student if relevant.
  5. Attach or mention supporting details if your school process requires it.
  6. Submit the ticket.

Good ticket details

Detailed tickets are resolved faster.

Tips
  • Mention what you expected and what happened.
  • Include student admission number or staff name when relevant.
  • Avoid sharing passwords or sensitive data in ticket text.
