Send school notices to the right audience with priority and visibility dates.

Create notice

Use the notice board for school announcements and updates.

  1. Open Communication > Notice Board.
  2. Choose create notice.
  3. Enter title and message.
  4. Choose target audience.
  5. Set priority if the notice is important.
  6. Set publish and expiry dates if needed.
  7. Save and confirm the notice appears in the list.

Audience tips

Choose the narrowest audience that should receive the notice.

Tips
  • Use high priority only for urgent school updates.
  • Use expiry dates for temporary notices.
  • Review spelling and dates before publishing.
