Student list is empty

An empty list usually means the wrong filters are selected or students are not enrolled in that class section.

  1. Check academic year.
  2. Check class and section.
  3. Check date and shift.
  4. Confirm students are enrolled in that section.
  5. Refresh or reload the list.

Teacher cannot submit attendance

Attendance submission depends on the teacher role and class responsibility.

  • Confirm the teacher has a login account.
  • Confirm the user role is teacher or an allowed admin role.
  • Confirm class teacher assignment where your school requires it.
